Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Harsha Trends.

• Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Eligible Returns: Damaged, defective, or incorrect products only.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Please share your order number, clear photos, and unboxing video when requesting a return.
• Hygiene-sensitive jewellery may not be eligible for return.
• After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are processed/shipped.
• Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of approval.
